Job recruitment for the position of Manager (ARSOI) – Youth Development, Camp Service The Hong Kong Award for Young People (AYP), formerly known as The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award was established in 1961 as a local registered non-profit organization. AYP is committed to providing a non-formal education platform for young people to explore their full potential and make positive changes. Through training camp service, we provide the youth development programmes by providing outdoor training and experiential learning for young people to challenge themselves, discover their hidden abilities and gain a special sense of satisfaction and achievement. We are now looking for a passionate candidate to fill up the post of Manager (ARSOI) – Youth Development, Camp Service. Key responsibilities: Responsible for the overall camp service management including staff management, budget planning and monitoring the operations of 1 Training Camp and 1 Expedition Center.
