Passing the torch to the youth to serve the community is one of the core values of AYP. With the aim of creating a sustainable social enterprise, we enable disadvantaged young people to be self-sufficient and gain work experience by contributing to the community.
For good synergies, we collaborate with overseas catering training centre and food recycling centre together with local charities to provide a new employment platform for the disadvantaged.
Social Responsibility
Internships and employment opportunities are provided to people with disabilities, young people looking for jobs, vulnerable women, the unemployed, rehabilitated offenders, ethnic minorities or people with low-skilled or low education.
Youth Training
Regular cooking training and experience courses are offered to young people to explore their potentials and enrich work experiences.
