The Dessert FUNday ~“Earl Grey Gelato” was held on 23 August 2015. Members of the Award Network were gathered together to make our own Earl Grey Gelato to beat the summer heat. On the advice of the professional instructor, members learned step by step to make the gelato with all-natural ingredients, and rolled out fresh and crispy cones and waffles. Looking at the big smiles shined at the workshop while enjoying the freshly-made gelato and crispy cones/waffles, we fully shared the joy and great satisfaction of the participants.
